Alex in Tech Support is the best! He helped me and my customer with a difficult printer sensor issue. The printer would not pick up the edge of the labels we made for my customer. Alex went through the interface of the L801 to update the sensor sensitivity. This solved the problem and really helped educate us on how to service the printer. Alex should from this day forward be addressed as Alexander The Great!

I manage the 3D Printing Lab at the University of North Georgia, and we have six H800+ printers. They have a large build volume, for the price, and the quality is great. The resolution is better than Makerbot 5th Gen, and pretty much everything else except for a professional printer or an SLA resin printer. Also, the tech support is helpful! Thanks, guys!

I bought an H-Series printer from them and love it. The H-Series prints what I tell it to, uses generic filament for it's feed source and has very few errors (and the errors it gives have all been my mistakes made). Whenever I have had to call they have been very courteous and always returned my calls. The only thing that didn't earn them five stars was that the printer is of a smaller print area, the driver is a software package, and I have gotten no response from them on the suggested improvements, and none of the improvem... read more
