I would like to give AFI a huge shout out, specifically Ryan Jennings. I have a company fleet vehicle going through insurance repairs, and it has been a very long and annoying process (insurance, not AFI), Ryan has been nothing but help and patient through this entire process. Great customer service!!!
Sent my brand new transit van in for a ladder rack, towing hitch and several other things. First thing I noticed was that two of the bolts connecting the hitch to the frame of the van were completely missing. That night it rained and I got in the next day to find a pool of water in the back of my van. I’m no scientist but evidently something wasn’t installed properly when mounting the ladder rack and now the roof leaks. Very unimpressed.
These guys are great. Get your new truck or cargo van up there, and your racks or shelving will be installed quickly and correctly.
