When the technician took apart the passenger door glass to diagnose the issue, he didn’t have the proper tools to check whether the motor was receiving power. Despite this, he still charged me for the diagnosis. When I asked for a quote, he called his boss, and neither of them had any idea, even roughly, how much the part and labor would cost. Had my windshield replaced by these guys and they did a great job. The staff are amazing from the person taking the order and explaining what was needed from me to the technician that replaced my windshield in my driveway. He was so polite and friendly and cleaned up like he wasn't even there. I highly recommend this company they do great work.
