Do NOT Use AGF Auto Glass!! AFG Damaged my car and caused $1252 of body and paint damage and broken parts. They do not use an assist arm during installation and hit both window stanchions, the top of the hood, and broke the bottom trim. He also cracked the new windshield ~15" during installation. AFG inspected their damage at Caliber Collision and refused to refund the cracked windshield they installed for $869 and pay for the damage repaired at Caliber Collision. Mansoor (I apologize if spelled incorrectly), came out this morning after calling yesterday evening around 5 o’clock. Got appointment set up today for entire windshield replacement. He called me to let me know he was 30 minutes away. He understood I had to set the phone down briefly because I’m at work myself. Within about 10-15 minutes I saw the windshield was already out of the car, another 25-30 minutes later he was all done and the windshield looks beautiful!
