Just had someone from Affordable stop by to give us an estimate to remove a large tree that had up rooted during last storm and was now leaning against the house. He showed up unannounced as he was supposed to call me before going but didn't. Then he was going to shake my sister's hand but she noticed it was filthy. She mentioned to him that she is taking care of our father who is very ill with cancer and she needs to keep as sterile an environment as possible. Not so affordable and unprofessional. Hung up on me in the middle of a quote because I wanted to price compare.
If I could give zero stars I would. Called this guy Ralph and told him we needed services and he asked that we send him photos for an estimate. We did and he quoted a fair price and we were excited because he seemed to be able to do it right away. He took forever to respond to our texts and then doesn't do the work without any explanation.
Saw the reviews and called the 272-8713 number to schedule someone to come out, take a look and give me a quote on tree trimming and yard clean up and instead received a request to take pictures and send them. Obviously didn't want to come out and take a look. Going elsewhere.
