We have recently purchased and had installed 23 PGT Impact windows and 3 sliding glass doors on our home from Affordable Windows and Doors, and have been extremely happy with the process from end to end. We ordered everything shortly after Hurricane Milton and everything came in on time and they started work as expected. Update 5/20/25 - Maria, April, and Alicia (in office) are working on resolving the issues and seem to be going above and beyond. Will update this review when it’s all said and done. Do not contract with this company unless you want subpar and sloppy workmanship. When concern is expressed, they could care less. I will state if you work with this company, be prepared to be the quality control because there is very little from them. My friends at Affordable Windows and doors are the most professional and detail oriented people that I have ever worked with. Always putting the customer's satisfaction first and delivering top quality products along with professional installation. I highly recommend them.
Do not contract with this company unless you want subpar and sloppy workmanship. When concern is expressed, they could care less.
