If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This was the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. We were supposed to have three sets of sliding glass doors installed along with hurricane screens enclosing our patio. We made our payment and the company was a mess from the first day of installations. Nobody ever returns phone calls and we had to hire another company to complete the job. I would never hire Affordable Windows again. It wasn't until we filed a lawsuit that they refunded us the money they initially promised us... read more

I have known the owner's for several years. They are the first to step up when someone needs help. Their kindness, patience, and problem-solving skills are top-tier. I have no doubt that they bring that same level of care and excellence to their clients. I have seen, in person, the quality of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated, trustworthy professional.
4/14 update working with Maria to address all concerns & she has been super responsive. 2/5/26 update - waiting on kitchen window replacement (3rd time now), stucco completion, drywall repair, interior recaulking. Was promised part number Tuesday 2/3 and haven’t had a response to my emails. To reiterate- they’ve had my money since 9/2024.Because there’s been plenty of time for me to inspect windows/sliders they installed, several gouges & scratches in frames of sliders/windows are identified. 4/1/26 installers here 3/12 to replace ext kitchen frame prev installers bent in 3 places & window CRACKED as they tried to remove frame.Interior caulk line looks awful.Again.They placed a plastic strip along the base & edges.Still waiting for response for replacement. 2/13/26 - I have been more than patient throughout this long 18 MONTH PROCESS.
