Husband stopped by a couple years ago to ask about a garage door install as we were building a garage and was completely ignored, so we went elsewhere. I stopped by with a simple, small glass job I needed more recently and the lady was very dismissive, talked over me, barely looked at me when talking and clearly didn't care for my business. Immediately went to another glass store and received amazing service (comparatively, just treated like a human, really). I strongly suggest going elsewhere.
I’ve never left a review for ANYONE until now. Used them for a few different windows and it’s been fine. The last one failed and was under warranty. After getting a bill I asked if I’m to pay for install on warranty work. They were rude and insisted they were to be paid even though it was under warranty. Im very thankful that they completely forgot and never followed through on a bid to do more. We have several more that need replaced in the years to come and the woman was completely dismissive losing our business. Horrible ... read more
