We had all our windows replaced back in 2018 and one of the windows was not working correctly from the beginning. At that time someone came out and was not able to fix it. We had one missed appointment from the manufacturer (my fault) but then when I tried to reschedule we had no luck. I let time go by and thought to reach out last week and to my surprise Chris was right on it and scheduled a courtesy checkup. Affordable Windows did an amazing job on my pool door to my home. Peter walked me through the many window insert options the company has for doors. Peter invited me to the warehouse where you are able to visualize what you may purchase. Peter is very knowledgeable and honest as he explained in detail each level type and ratings of the windows. We ordered a hurricane rated door from another company which arrived with no window panel. They wouldn’t work w us so I contacted Affordable, and am so happy I did. They recommended an insertion of the glass panel into my current door which was much lower in cost than a new door replacement! From my first text to the installation (in my driveway) they were responsive, professional, and courteous. Special thanks to Cory and Ben for a job well done! Highly recommend this company for windows and doors!
