Horrible product and service overall. They had to come back 4 times to correct problems. Installation was less than professional- unprepared , unskilled, and ill equipped. Owner was notified. He said he would follow it through to make it right. No follow up. In fact my husband had to do the measurements to get it done right. My Roman shades are still all wrinkled after they tried to use subpar steamers. I finally just gave up. We have used this company several times for a couple of houses where they installed shutters and vertical blinds. They have quality products and great workmanship with installations. Personal has always been friendly and professional.
I purchased my current house, which was built about 10 years ago, around six months ago and have had continuous problems with the window shades for a sliding glass door. The plastic chain used in the draw mechanism is too small to accommodate the heavy shade, and kept breaking. In fact, it is the same mechanism/chain they installed for windows that are less than a quarter of the area. We had to stand on a chair and carefully and slowly pull the chain to lift the shade. The process was very easy from the designer coming to the house with samples and recommendations to the installer coming out and installing my new blinds. Everyone was very professional and polite. The process was simple, quick and the price was reasonable. I recommend them for all your window coverings.
