The rep who came to our house was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and she provided good suggestions about the best blinds for our space. The installers were also friendly and courteous. They came on time, installed the blinds quickly and expertly, and left everything clean and ready to use. But most importantly, we are very happy with the blinds. They provide good insulation and light filtering when they're down and nearly dissappear when they're up. They look great!
Had the privilege of working with Josh. He gave good advice and was patient as we made decisions. We ordered double 1/2inch cellular shades to help manage heat coming in from windows on the hot sides of the house. The shades are beautiful, sturdy and do help with the heat.
Love my shutters! Room feels and looks more spacious too. Installer fast, efficient and friendly. Went over paperwork signed in detail.
