John was awesome. Very professional and was able to complete the reprogramming. Very happy they could fix. Arrived early , very courteous
Drapes are beautiful and love the roller shades. Amber, the consultant and Tom, the installer were both professionals and so nice.
John did an outstanding, efficient job of installation.
Installation of coverings for 16 windows through Costco was good. The product looks presentable. Just a note that I had to remind the crews to dispose the old coverings - they did not know they were supposed to dispose the material.
