We had shutters and roller shades installed on 11 windows and two French doors. Travis and Renee did an excellent job on the installation and everything looks great! I had shutters installed throughout my house with shades installed in the kitchen. Best price and quality of materials out of the three different companies I received quotes from. Installation was expertly completed. Also, I had an unfortunate incident of my home being broken into last week with my slider window shattered and my rolling shade ripped down to the ground and damaged. Horrible product and service overall. They had to come back 4 times to correct problems. Installation was less than professional- unprepared , unskilled, and ill equipped. Owner was notified. He said he would follow it through to make it right. No follow up. In fact my husband had to do the measurements to get it done right. My Roman shades are still all wrinkled after they tried to use subpar steamers. I finally just gave up.
