I followed Dr Mantillas protocols for my hypertension, anxiety, liver detox, and cholesterol. Within 3 months my labs showed more on the optimized side. My A1C and glucose was normal. I did another full blood test 6 months in and results stayed the same or better. Im continuing with her protocol using it as part of my routine. Im not and have not been on pharmaceutical drugs.
