You only get one chance to make a good first impression and Mike, the owner of AWT, made one with me 10 years ago when I bought my system. I still have the original system (A chlorinator and a water softener) and when either has needed servicing, Mike has always responded promptly, fixed the problem and charged a fair price. As recent homeowners of a property with a well water system it could be a challenge understanding how it all works. Unfortunately, being naive and new to dealing with a well water system we were taken advantage of. Personally, we didn't know that it was going to be a challenge finding a reliable and trustworthy company.
