RecommendedWe appreciate all the hard work Josh did today. Our house had an older, under performing water softener, and we went with Affordable Water to replace it. Smart and safe installation by Josh set us right. Would use and recommend again.
They were very dirty in didn’t explain anything they were doing to me
totally unprofessional, I am very disappointed in not only the customer service but also the acual service.
We knew we needed to replace our water softer and water heater; both were going on 21 years. Paul and Josh showed us the built up sediment and gunk that was in our current tanks. We discussed options and they went ahead with the projects. Very nice people. Easy to work with and I recommend if you need something done right the first time, go to them...All they left behind was their reputation.

Chris did a great job explaining to me how our City water has damaged my softner system. And showed me how the Chlorine had damaged the resin in my tank. He was very thorough and professional! Knows his stuff about water purifying systems and installation!!!

We love our new water system! Great customer service and quality products! My Father-in-law used their services as well and has been very pleased with his experinces with them. We will be using them again for any of our future needs!
