Professional work, personable and efficient employees, jobs well done! Josh, Jeff, and Evan came, worked steadily, quietly, quickly, and carefully. They completed the jobs that Paul quoted, cleaned up all along the process, gave instructions where needed, and went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied. No complaints by them or from me! Paul, Joe and Chris were great! We had a huge problem with our water softener and called Affordable Water on Monday, Paul said they would be here same day, and they were. They installed a softener and water filtration system, then we found the water heater was full of rust. They were able to bring a water heater also, get it installed same day. We needed a new Water Softener/Iron Filter. Our old one stopped working and could not be repaired. It was very old. ****, the owner and his son ***** had a New unit on their truck. Removed the old one, and installed the new one in under 2 hours, They are very professional and did fine work. The system works perfectly.
They are quick to sell you their products but their service after the sale is poor. Their employee damaged our wall when he was bringing our new water softener tank down our stairs and although they apologized and agreed they would repair the damage, they didn't seem to be in a hurry to provide the promised remedy. Too bad they weren't as prompt to repair the damage as they were to cash our check. Now we and Affordable Water both have something in need of repair...our wall AND their customer service process.

We live in the Ledges and have horrible/rust water and Josh came and fixed our water problems for a reasonable price! Prompt and polite.
So in need of a water softener contact (affordable waters) spoke with josh came out to meet me on my time. Very unprofessional, didn’t explain anything to me and then found out they were charging me for things I didn’t even need!! I do NIT recommend Josh and Paul.
