Bad day – Affordable Water originally installed my water softner when my house was built and has repaired the unit many times. When the repair man arrived today, he immediately told me that I needed many repairs that was not related to the problem. He said the cost would exceed $500. I felt as though he did not diagnose the problem in any way, but only wanted to sell me a new softner.
