It has been good over the past few years. This winter I just could not get any response from them, email or phone call. I tried to contact about the winterization date and no one was answering.
New: not answering the phone, emails or messages. I wonder what happened? OLD: Friendly, low-key, economical service; have been using them for years. Comes in, inspects the backflow preventer, goes; no muss, no fuss. IIRC one time he replaced some gaskets due to age. Though last year the younger guy who showed up started throwing his weight around like he thought he was a code inspector. One more chance.
The backflow tech had no issues describing more than I could ask while maintaining an extremely professional presence. Thanks for getting out so quickly!
