Thank you for treating my Bun! Not many vets around here will fix rabbits, but they do, and at an affordable price! My Bun has recovered perfectly! Also they let me make an appointment via message (not many vets accommodate this), but it was VERY helpful for me! Most staff are very pleasant, and they treated my rabbit with care, even called her by name the whole time. They asked if she preferred water from a bottle or a bowl which is not something most people would think to ask! That made me feel so much better about leaving... read more
Heartless is the word I would use for this vet. We have a dog who has an open wound on his tale , you can see the muscle and they refuse to let us pay it out. Even though we are an established customer and owe them nothing. The office manager is very snoddy and rude. I will be working on trying to get legislation passed to keep vets from refusing care for injured animals. This is wrong.
