I just called to ask about their surgical prices and the doctor actually got on the phone with me, spoke to me at length about my dogs condition and gave hope, peace of mind and an estimate for the procedure! I AM NOT A PATIENT YET, BUT WILL BE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who does that for you anymore???? its always you have to bring him in, we need to do this test, that test, etc. and wont listen to you that you just went to another vet and was told your dog needs surgery...he accepted all the info I already received and gave me more info... read more
I called there this morning to make an appointment for my dog because she is not acting right and I am concerned they told me they had no appointments till Monday. I was very upset and asked if the Dr could call me because I really didn’t want to wait and was told he would be in surgery till 12. It is now 3:30 and still nothing My dogs are both patients here and I thought if your dog is sick they could squeeze you in if not talk to Dr and explain my dogs symptoms to see if I should take her somewhere else. Brought My Klee Kai, Zara, today for the first time and compared to other vet clinics this has to be the best we’ve bin to. The clinic was very well organized and clean ... Dr.Dang and his staff was very informative and compassionate with all my concerns I would definitely recommend this place!
