What a horrible experience. Ordered a Fridge. Ty (or some name very close to that) seemed ok. Willing to work with me. Never told me there was a delivery fee, but we got that worked out in the end. Well, set up the delivery for 4 business days later (a Thursday) and had my tenants miss work to accept delivery. Never showed up on Thursday. Got an email Friday morning saying it would be delivered Friday (that day). Called first thing Friday.
