This place is amazing. I am used to go to kaiser. But since my hubby has no insurance we tried this place. Very reasonable. The guy at the front desk absolutely professional and nice. He remembered our names the second time we showed up. The doctor and the whole stuff I can only say amazing things. We waited 10 min. Unbelievable. We will go back again and again
The reason I am giving them 1 star is for various reasons. I went to take my son who was very ill. When I arrived I was told, they did not take the my son's insurance. So I would have to pay out of pocket, if I wanted my son to be seen. I payed out of pocket for the office visit. But little did I know the amount I payed did not include the Flu test, school note or medication prescribed. I was recommended to test him for the flu, since he came back negative for the RSV AND COVID, but was notified that my payment did not inclu... read more
I want to take a moment to say how professional the staff at this location was. I can’t say enough about the beautiful Ollandra, she was quick and professional, she stayed late for me so could get my results.. big thank you to Ollandra and the staff
