First of all, I hate having to go to urgent care, I had to take my grandparents in for different things over the last years of rheir life, and the people at the front other places didn't seem to care elderly patients in their 90's were waiting hours, no one gave the impression it mattered to them, but i swear this one is sooo different. Honestly this is such a nice and affordable place to go! Dr Eleanor was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I went for a small rash I had and couldn’t afford a dermatologist but she was able to help me and my boyfriend. Montse at the front desk as also very nice and helpful. I recommend this place!

I didn't even get seen by then but was able to ask questions. Id like to express how kind and knowledgeable Maybelle, the practitioner, is. I felt like I had a million questions and she didn't make me feel rushed although I tried to not take up all of her time. She made me feel very welcomed and informed. If the time comes, I will not hesitate to come to their Urgent Care facility.

Couldn't even get service for my daughter because their system couldn't confirm my daughter on my plan although I handed them my phone with the insurance app open that clearly demonstrated all my coverage. This place is the worst. Exer Urgent Care on the other hand was great, should have just went to that place in the first place.
