On Friday, 10/4/24. Affordable Tree Care came to my home to remove an old, dying hedge. Roberto and another gentleman (I didn’t get his name - apologies) arrived on time and removed my tall, long hedge in less than 30 minutes. Jeff was also there helping with clean up and raking the area where the hedge used to be getting it ready for the fence that will be installed in its place next week. The guy they sent kept hacking and spitting in my yard. He said they couldn't make my tree look like a lollipop, (even though the last time they came out, my trees looked pretty good). His long tool that trims branches broke and he tried to fix it, but he reminded "me" that I'm being " charged by the hour" when I tried to tell them what I wanted. Way overcharged for a half hour extra work. 750.00 and tree still needs dead branches cut off. Wouldn't recommend them ever to anyone
This is the second time we have used Affordable Tree Care, it is also the second time that the crew did an awesome job. We find the cost reasonable, the crew knowledgeable and clean up around the yard very well done. The office staff is easy and pleasant to work with. The crew removed five trees some very large and some with power lines running through them with absolutely no problems.
