If I could review this shop as a 0 Stars I would. I replaced a transmission back in 2014. The mechanic Failed to tighten a bolt back into the firewall. I have tried numerous times to get into contact with the business in order to have this resolved. But unfortunately the business is " under new ownership" which according to the state business ownership doesn't change until 7/31/2019. I brought my rig here at the suggestion of a friend and after reviewing high online reviews I figured I would give them a shot; being $1,100 cheaper than having it done at the dealer. When I picked up the rig the transmission pan drain plug wasn't tight and was leaking fluid; there was fluid all over the pan and seeping out from the inspection covers of the bellhousing.
