Firstly, the folks at Affordable Transmission are very skilled and knowledgeable. The diagnosis was accurate and the repair work has been successful. Also, they had the patience to work with the aftermarket warranty company I have, which is certainly not a short and simple process. They are very friendly and easy to work with and I would recommend any friend with a transmission problem to go straight there. Thanks.
This place is fantastic. I've had nothing but an exceptional service from the owner Todd. He treats you with fairness, kindess and honesty in a world full of crappy mechanics, he is someone you can trust to look out for your interest. I took my Nissan murano for repairs and he has been on top of it and kept me updated. He does what he promises and I will definitely recommend taking your vehicle here for all repairs. After our transmission suddenly went out we were absolutely horrified and worried that we were not going to be able to drive our car again! After calling several places in the Raleigh area we were shocked at the prices people were charging to replace the transmission or rebuild it.
