As someone who’s been in the excavating business for over a decade, I’ve owned many trailers from various manufacturers and dealers. I decided to give Affordable Trailers and Horizon Trailer a try—but unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve had with any dealership or manufacturer. We are posting this review as a business that was in affordable trailers during several customer interactions. We are not customers of them, but this review is solely based on what we observed. Every customer that walked in was immediately greeted by several of the staff members you could tell that there was no role amongst the staff as they all helped between customer inquiries, sales, billing, and service. These guys helped me with a tricky electrical problem on my horse trailer a few months back. Mechanic was very thorough and kept working with me to make sure cost did not get out of hand. He beat his best guess and got the problem fixed for a remarkably fair price. He also diagnosed a separate problem with my truck wiring harness that was confirmed at truck dealership. Will definitely be coming back here!
