Response to call was fine. Debris from wreck was shoveled in my car making it difficult to collect belongings. Joey found items missed and promised to return them. I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. Limited response to inquiries. I was told he had been ill, but nothing happens. A final update. My service call was late October. As of January 5th, I never received my property. Joey claimed he posted my things, rather than making arrangements to hand over. Either this didn't happen or he just simply ignored my follow up.

I called them at 10:30AM asking for a tow to a local shop and they told me my driver would be there within 45mins-1hour and would call me on his way. After waiting for a call for two hours, I called them back and they said they would get in touch with the driver and get right back to me. After waiting another 30 minutes for a call back, I called again twice and got no answer. I’m sure Veterans Day potentially affected their hours, but it feels like they forgot about me?
