Told the woman on the phone that I desperately needed a ride after getting stuck between North Carolina and New Mexico. She helped set me up with a ride in no time and even offered to drive me herself if it wouldn't be possible to get a ride elsewhere. These are good folks who are running a good business.

I scheduled them for one time they confirmed me they’ll come! But when I called them just 10 minutes before the scheduled time they denied that they scheduled me!! They did that to other customers as well! They are sucks

I used to love this service but now days I never can get them to answer if they do they just hang up on me immediately. Its really upsetting and crappy of them like it says 24 hour service but thats a dang lie. Super not happy with you guys and if you're gonna run a business make sure you can follow what your service hours are that you have displayed. I won't bother trying to get a ride from you again.
