My wife and I use them for getting around town, very friendly and helpful. The dispatcher knows my wife and is always honest about how long it's going to take. I recommend them to everyone!
This company is absolutely disgusting, the cars are dirty, the manager is incredibly rude, and they ARE NEVER ON TIME. I WOULDN’T ALLOW MY DOG TO RIDE IN THE CAR WITH THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE!!!!
Absolutely amazing service. Took me from Russellville all the way to Tulsa with no qualms, and it was a smooth, quick ride the whole way. Truly some of the best people I’ve ever met. Would go out of my way to use them again.
Definitely not affordable & took advantage of the fact that my car was broken down and I didn’t have any other options (Couldn’t find a Lyft or Uber driver that night) I was charged $120 for a 35 minute drive (Pottsville to Conway) when I used a Lyft the next day and paid $90 for a two hour drive from Conway. A rip off. Two stars because the car was clean and they arrived fairly quickly.
