Booked a room on line. And got to the hotel to check in. Nobody at the desk to give you a key. Or check you in. It took several days to get a refund
Shanna and Belinda with out the the hotel would be nothing Belinda keeps the rooms clean come on And shannon keeps a guest happy.
Do not book here. You will not be able to check in due to the fact that no one is in the office or answers the phone. Let alone have the professional courtesy to call back.
