Now Open, the new Affordable Suites at AmeriPlex at the Port is a 50-room extended stay hotel. The Affordable Suites brand offers the largest room of any mid-scale extended stay hotel. Each room comes equipped with upscale amenities that include full size kitchen appliances and a separated bedroom. Features of the new hotel include: guest laundry, fitness room, cable TV and WiFi. The hotel is owned and operated by Holladay Properties. Daily housekeeping is included in the rate and we are open 24 hours a day.

Do not book here. You will not be able to check in due to the fact that no one is in the office or answers the phone. Let alone have the professional courtesy to call back.
Not even suitable to bring a lot lizard to this place. Considered sleeping on the kitchen counter top to reduce potential exposure to bed bugs. Thermostat doesn’t go lower than 74°. Cleaning lady must’ve been on vacation this week. Check out this plate…
Booked my room and got there late at night. I am from out of state, needed somewhere to sleep. When we got there, the place smelled musty, lived in, and the place was dirty. Dust, grim all over, drawings on the wall from kids or whoever. Outside smelled of cigarettes and looked like a bunch of druggies all around. The way people parked outside was ridiculous.
