I have had a U-Haul reservation to pick up at this location for well over two weeks. Being a previous tenant of this storage unit I knew that the complex is gated and locked. I have tried multiple times over the past THREE days to contact them at both numbers listed on Google and the U-Haul site. I had the pick up scheduled for 'after hours' so I needed to know if I would need the gate combination or if the U-Haul is left outside of the complex.
