I specifically called this Public Storage location in Burleson to set up short-term storage from December through January only. The staff assured me over the phone that I’d be charged only through January, and if I vacated before February 1st, they’d refund the February portion. I fully moved out and emptied the unit on January 27th—well before Feb 1—and confirmed it was vacant. I highly recommend for anybody to go here. The customer service is amazing and they are always willing to be accommodating and helpful in any situation. I loved having storage here.
