I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with the owner, Garrett Howel. I initially called the facility simply to ask if they or anyone they knew could help me dispose of some items from my storage unit. A staff member offered to help for a $100 clean-out fee, and also mentioned a $25 fee to cut the lock. She was kind, professional, and I appreciated the assistance — so I paid both fees.
