I've been with affordable storage for over a year now and let me tell you, I do not recommend them to anyone. They do not work with you. They're not very honest and they don't care about you or your family. My storage was 3 weeks behind. I had been off for COVID, so I had no income. I called Wednesday to make my payment. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with the owner, Garrett Howel. I initially called the facility simply to ask if they or anyone they knew could help me dispose of some items from my storage unit. A staff member offered to help for a $100 clean-out fee, and also mentioned a $25 fee to cut the lock. She was kind, professional, and I appreciated the assistance — so I paid both fees.
