Beware — do not use this storage facility. We were in the middle of moving all of our belongings today, and the weather had been completely fine. When we arrived at the storage facility to unload, there were already six vehicles there unable to get inside, and no one could get ahold of management for help. We waited for hours hoping someone would respond or fix the issue, but no one did. Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service.
Very rude and unprofessional. Whoever I spoke to on the phone had an absolute terrible tone and acted like he did not want to answer questions, no patience, and wanted to just not do his job period.
Good clean units and great to work with. Helped me out a couple of time with late fees when I was to sick from flu and missed but a week once .... awesome ppl
