Terrible customer service.
Very rude and unprofessional. Whoever I spoke to on the phone had an absolute terrible tone and acted like he did not want to answer questions, no patience, and wanted to just not do his job period.
Good clean units and great to work with. Helped me out a couple of time with late fees when I was to sick from flu and missed but a week once .... awesome ppl
