Very rude and unprofessional. Whoever I spoke to on the phone had an absolute terrible tone and acted like he did not want to answer questions, no patience, and wanted to just not do his job period.
Good clean units and great to work with. Helped me out a couple of time with late fees when I was to sick from flu and missed but a week once .... awesome ppl
We have rented a storage unit with Affordable Storage in the past and really liked the people we dealt with. So, now that we need storage again we decided to reach out to Affordable Storage again. I made a phone call and they were quick to help me out. Was able to rent the unit over the phone and sign the paper work through email.
