Had a move from 6 hours away. Called and reserved a unit over the phone. Owner was responsive. Arranged a time to meet at the unit the day of arrival. He was there before the appointed time with the paperwork. The entire process was easy and hassle free. Always called back in a sensible amount of time if he didnt answer the phone immediately during the move coordination/arrival process.
