My boyfriend and I bought a truck from this dealership back in June, it's been 3 months still no title or the license plate. Our bank is most likely going to jump our interest rate up because they haven't received the title. To make everything even better the second temp plate they sent us expires just in a few days. Will be getting a lawyer and try to see what they can do for us. Anyone had any luck contacting them about the title?
Run away! Plenty of honest dealers around to not have to take Hassan and Franks lies and insults. Bought a truck from theme and paid in early January took over a month to be delivered was promised free shipping but had to pay extras $650 to get the truck shipped, plenty of sever mechanical issues with the truck before I even received it, like replacing 4 injectors an extras $1200 (total was $2400 they paid 50% of the bill) no spare wheel with truck, rear door handle missing (they had agreed to send a spare wheel with the tru... read more
STAY AWAY! These guys (Hassan and Frank) even make dishonest used car salesmen look good by comparison. We were interested in an Audi Q5 with low mileage and received assurances that the car was in perfect condition with a clean history and CarFax report. Only when we insisted that the car be inspected by Audi did they then admit that the car had an accident history, which turned out to be "major" damage and repairs. I inquired about a car here (I live in Arkansas) and had them quote my trade-in. This took two days because I had to call and REMIND them. The quoted price was fair but they told me they would send me a written quote and they never did. When I called and asked them about this, they lied and said they would call me back in a few minutes. I also applied for financing and they never called me back.
