My pre-appointment to fill out paperwork to have my puppy neuter, they misinformed me not telling me to bring my puppy sooo I had to drive back home to Escondido with the high gas prices, to bring him to appointment. Then on the day of surgery they changed the estimated amount even though I had asked them to remove some shot charges that I would have him get them at another date.
