Affordable solutions has been excellent. I had problems with my sub-pump and they came out in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable. Courtney and Sam in the office and John, the technician, were all are very courteous, nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They even work after 5:00!
Please do not use this company. As with others, they were contracted by HSA to fix warranty repair in home. Affordable Solutions told HSA "modifications" were needed for installation. They were plumbing and electrical. When I asked about them, I was told if they weren't needed I wouldn't be charged. When the tech showed up, he refused to perform the work until I agreed to the charges, which were for the modifications. I said I talked to an office manager and would only be charged if they were needed, which one was not.... read more
