They did a really good job at numbing it was very comfortable getting work done knowing that I would barely feel a thing.
Very professional, caring, emphasis on explaining and listening to my concerns. Dr. Pournik and Dr. Ortega have given be the the best options for my dental care. I like many have had a bad experience in a dental chair, however, at Affordable Smiles I feel confident I will be treated with great care and most importantly pain free.
It's always a little uncomfortable going to a new Dentist for the first time, but I have to say my experience with Dr Hedieh Pournik was by far the best Dental experience ever for me! The staff is very nice and attentive to your needs. Pattie in the front office is so nice and wonderful with working out payment arrangements and working with you around your schedule to get you appointment times that are convenient to you. I would recommend Affordable Smiles to anyone, looking for a dentist. Dr. Pournik has done a great job on all of our families dental work. The staff is great and very friendly. We have been using them for years.
First visit I had over 30 min wait and the chairs are MOST UNCOMFORTABLE. This is the only complaint I have. Please improve the comfort of seating in waiting area. The doctor, hygenist, and all the staff are so polite, caring, and share information, I would go again, in spite of the hard plastic chairs.
