When I went into this office I had seen Dr. Tim Gould. When I called to schedule my return visit for have impressions for temporary dentures he was gone , I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Levi Evalt. I went in for my appointment I had a check to pay for the temporary dentures. The Doctors wife(also nurse) came out and said Hi, oh we do not except checks. Then went to the back.
