If you are looking for unprofessional hard working folks, then this is the company for you. If you are looking for professionals who stand behind their work, look elsewhere. Like the previous customer, I had a problem with the carpet cleaning. it took 4 days for the carpet to dry and did not look much better. I then decided to put laminate flooring down, which they said they did and offered a lifetime workmanship guarantee. It took them about 4 days to do the job that they said could be done in a day. Affordable Services Carpet Cleaning totally ripped me off! They did not do a professional job and left the carpet in the way it was before they started with the exception of the pretreater. It looked the same an smelled the same. I'd tell my best friend and even someone I didn't like so much to go elsewhere to get their carpets cleaned.
Brian did a fantastic job! His customer service skills were excellent. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
