I just recently stored some stuff here and had such a great experience! The owner was awesome — super friendly and easy to work with. The place is super clean, safe, and really well taken care of. You can tell they care about their customers. Definitely the best storage experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend to anyone needing a good place to store their things.

Location is nice, it is clean and secure. But for the price I'm paying I should have access to my unit anytime I want. But, the turn the gate key pad off at night giving you restricted access hours. And to top that off they don't tell you about it. They advertise open 24/7 24 hours a day access to your unit. With my work schedule I can't always make it during the day. If I had known this I never would have gotten this unit. I have other units and was planning on changing locations to this one, the one on west 23rd st. But no... read more
