TERRIBLE FALSE ADVERTISING. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL SIGN A CONTRACT WITH YOU AND THEN TELL YOU THEY ARE CHANGING THE RATE TO ALMOST DOUBLE WHAT YOUR CONTRACT STATES... THEN WHEN YOU REFUSE TO PAY THE HIGHER RATE THAN THE SIGNED CONTRACT --THEY KICK YOU OUT!!!
We have been storing here for a while and are very pleased with how they have treated us. The staff is wonderful for starters, but we also have a good deal with them. Good experience.
This is the cleanest, most secure storage that we have found in Everett. We did quite a bit of checking around, & this place is heated, secure, & clean. We are really happy that we don't have to worry about our stuff while we are away. We had great customer service also, staff was really friendly, offered us free coffee to start our moving day. We had to let people know about this place!
I have been renting a very small unit here for about a year now. I store my camping gear here instead of hauling it up and down stairs of my condo each weekend I go! I plan on keeping a storage unit for quite awhile, however this place is pretty pricey. I pay $35 a month for a unit that is about 3x3x3. That's what their banner said at least...I don't buy into that stuff usually. I went to their website because I always shop around before I spend money on anything- they seemed to offer alot of stuff other storages weren't offering like a free move in truck and free boxes, ect...but I drive by the facility everyday and it looks very fancy so I assumed they just included those "free" things in the cost. The majority of my time as a customer at silverdale self storage was very positive. The facility is very clean, safe and climate controlled. However, moving out was a less-than-satisfactory experience and they are very unreasonable about their 10-day move out notice. Despite submitting my 10-day notice, the manager Paula still managed to laywer her way into overcharging me by claiming I didn't really say I was moving out and then refused to correct the overcharge while claiming that she physically couldn't do it and I would ... read more
