I have lived here for almost a year now. It has everything you need. The bathroom is very spacious in comparison to other studios. I love the stairs and having my room upstairs. The kitchen is also very spacious with plenty of cabinets. Most studios in the area don't have a dish washer, but I have one and love it! The SAMO team got us into such a great apartment for a fair price. Nice people who made it a nice experience.
We saw their building on 6th Street that had some affordable apartments available. Olena was really nice on the phone explaining the whole process. Really nice apartments considering how expensive these would be if they were not affordable.
