The whole process was super easy, and I can't wait to rent from them again! They took their time to show me everything I needed to know about the RV I rented and they even gave me an afterhours number to call if I had any issues. Their prices beat out others in the area and another bonus is they are a family-owned business. I look forward to my next adventure and going back to Affordable Rvs!
My wife and I are constantly traveling in our Sprinter. So when there is a problem, waiting for service really puts a damper on our lifestyle. Auburn RV has been around a long time but I wasn't wild about leaving the van unattended at their old location. Since they've moved to Newcastle, a much more secure location, I have now had three opportunities to work with them on repairs and they have been outstanding. Such a pleasant experience all the way around. Every person there is incredibly attentive and eager to help. They were able to book an appointment for me right away for an appliance recall. They jumped right on it when I arrived and the tech walked me through everything they did when finished. My first experience with Affordable RVs and they'll have all my RV related business going forward. Highly recommend.
I have a 2006 Winnebago Itasca Sun Cruiser with a Coleman Mach 2 ton Plus Central air conditioner with heat pump that was not working properly, it appears that only one of the two compressors was working which makes a big difference on these very hot summer days. So I needed to get it fixed.
