Most companies/ humans treat victim's of natural disaster with kindness and compassion...instead of argumentative and accusatory
I think this great is horrible, no one should ever rent from them, with the way they treat their customers.
Im only writing a review because I'm seeing all of these one star reviews so that concerns me. But what concerns me more is that they are all about the same incident so that tells me that a bunch of people are writing reviews for one person's experience. Seems pretty dramatic to me.. And those reviews don't go into detail on what actually happened so they don't seem credible. I've used this companies services several times and have never had a problem. I love them!
never again...... worst customer service ever .... be careful renting from them...
