Had a roof installed two years ago leaked from day one. Steve came out twice said he had to have a moisture meter bathroom is falling apart floor is coming up it is coming from the stack for the chimney which they pulled put back in that is a snap lock chimney system you can't put it back in leaks tells me that it is age replaced a lot of panels totally unsatisfied cannot get any help from them said that they were coming back soon heard that twice going to file a small claims court
These are the worse roofers in the industry. ****** home builders hired them to install our over 55+ community in prosperity lakes. A good portion of our homes have a roof leaks. Horrible customer service experience! Bought a home that Affordable Roofing completed less than 7 years ago. A leak had started during hurricane Debby. I Called in the following week to make an appointment multiple times over course of 3 weeks and every time i was told i would get a phone call within 48 hours. After 3 + weeks I was told that they could not come out for another 2 to 3 weeks and at this point the leak has become worse. just now NEW I call affordable roofing systems they came out right away and gave Me a quote they said it would be $12,425 too replace My roof and if theres was additional plywood replace they would use up too two sheets @ no cost too Me , any additional plywood used I would be charged,I had two change My color shingles twice because they didnt have them in stock it took them four months too come out do the job,Once the job was done the total amount of My roof was $17,425 I know the cost of plywood has gone up but not like th... read more

9/16/2020. Installation done 8/2019. 2100 sq ft single story home in Tampa. They were great at providing estimate, then doing the work. And accepting our $12k. No problems there. But in about 9 months, we had a leak in our garage. They came out to do the repair. If I remember correctly, it took a few calls to get that set up, but they came out and did repair.
