Working with Affordable Roofing and Jack Menard (of Milton Vermont) who is the owner and chief foreman was and is a nightmare. If you are thinking of using him, do not. I am a new officer for a small condo association that hired Jack to do a roofing job for the HOA this last year. This company purchased some of the low quality materials, didn't properly install shingles, ice shields, venting, siding or sheathing.
