Rich installed siding, a new roof and skylights on our house. The work was excellent quality and we’ve recommended to him to friends of ours Price was fantastic as well. They completed all the work in under two weeks. I would highly recommend him.
This week I called Rich Flynn of Affordable Roofing and Siding because I thought that I had lost a few roof shingles during last week's windstorm. Rich returned the call that day and came to my house to take a look later in the afternoon. Turns out it was not wind damage but instead it was damage from a raccoon trying to get into my attic. Rich quickly put a temporary cap over the hole and then came back to do the repairs within a couple of days. I have had Affordable Roofing and Siding do roofs on 2 homes and a couple of repairs on a commercial building. They are prompt, reasonably priced and the quality and advice is excellent. Everthing was cleaned up at the end of the job. i will continue to use them on my other properties.
