This week I called Rich Flynn of Affordable Roofing and Siding because I thought that I had lost a few roof shingles during last week's windstorm. Rich returned the call that day and came to my house to take a look later in the afternoon. Turns out it was not wind damage but instead it was damage from a raccoon trying to get into my attic. I have had Affordable Roofing and Siding do roofs on 2 homes and a couple of repairs on a commercial building. They are prompt, reasonably priced and the quality and advice is excellent. Everthing was cleaned up at the end of the job. i will continue to use them on my other properties.

Rich and his crew were amazing and very professional to work with. Great quality workmanship. Competitive pricing,too. They installed a new roof and siding. Our house never looked better and many compliments from our neighbors. Thanks Rich!

I would strongly recommend anyone wanting to put a new roof on their house to get an estimate from Affordable Roofing. Not only was their pricing the lowest that I found, but the crew that replaced our roof was very hardworking, very knowledgeable and very diligent. The quality of the shingles used is very high and care was taken to complete every aspect of the project properly. Again, for anyone getting estimates to replace their roof, it would be wise to check this company out.

They are the best, most trustworthy when it comes to both repairs and an entire new roof. I had them do both at two different properties. I cannot say enough about them. The repair work was fixing leaks (after having others already attempt without success). It was a major concern for quite some time, until Affordable Siding & Roofing and Rich were finally able to resolve the issue. The second project was a new build/new roof.
