I'm so thankful for Affordable Roofing by John Cadwell, Inc. Used them years ago for roof work and also recently for a small repair. The personal service, honest estimates for what is needed and timely response to the problem are all reasons to highly recommend this roofing company .

I had a leak in a metal shed that was really doing damage. I called Affordable Roofing and my problem was taken care of quickly. Affordable is a great name for this company!

It all went really well. Fast response. John was nice and efficient. Went right to work. I had a roof leaking the actually only needed caulking. John thought it should be OK now. Waiting for rain to absolutely make sure. I like dealing with this company. They are fast and reasonable. This is the third time they have had to help me out with minor repairs. Very pleased with their work.

Good roofing experience. My tenants chose Affordable Roofing and I'm glad they did. They loved working with John and his company. Seems to be a smaller enterprise but did a good job and everyone is happy. Yes, I'd hire him again.

Recently, Affordable Roofing by John Cadwell was highly recommended to me by the O***************************, and I can see why. I had the pleasure meet John Cadwell as he personally quoted my roof repair. He provided an estimate for the needed repair at a fair price, and then with his 'in-truck computer and printer' efficiently scheduled the work to be performed the following week. I have found John to be very friendly and quick to respond to [phone messages. He is honest and trustworthy, very important virtues to an elderly person like myself who knows little about roof issues. He is also, as his company name implies, very affordable.

I would like to amend my review about Affordable Roofing. The owner Mr. Caldwell called me and explained to my satisfaction why I was not called. He came out to my house and did my estimate. He was very apologetic and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions. In life things happen and I appreciate his integrity and his concern for his workers.
