BEWARE! DO NOT USE AFFORDABLE ROOFING! I hired Affordable Roofing because the owner, Gary Gee, advertised being licensed, bonded and insured. He was not. He did not get a permit and left me with potential issues. He reroofed the main house and wanted the money for the everything the insurance company assessed (a garage roof and some water damage inside) but was not going to do that work.
