Extremely unprofessional. The owner is rude and condescending. Treats clients with complete disregard and is very unorganized. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.
Have used them several time great service and on time and communicate well.
I was shocked at their attitude on the phone. They were also rude and short in responses. I’m calling to pay you for something.. it felt like I was a hassle to them. The guy told me he would call back in 30min to an hour to get me booked since he didn’t have his calander in front of him. I’ll pay more for someone else....
I will be using Affordable Roll-Offs for future needs, Prompt delivery, pleasant driver, and they placed the container right where I asked. Very Pleased
Calls with updates when they were running late. Would use them again
