Jim and his team at Affordable Restorations did a magnificent job replacing the roof on our home in Collingswood, NJ. After receiving several other bids, all much more expensive, it was obvious that Affordable Restorations was the way to go. Not only did they offer the best price, they included many extras at no charge. Within one day, our roof was replaced with high quality 50 year shingles and the team cleaned up everything like it never happened. Five stars all the way.
Work was done in a timely manner. Jim is knowledgeable and pricing is fair. I have used him on several projects and would continue!
I can’t recommend AR enough, from having them come out to give me a quote till the job was done and even a couple days after, Jim was the perfect contractor. He made sure I was taken care of and was understanding of my situation with dealing with my home owners insurance to get part of my roof covered. Recently, I had my 14 year old roof replaced by Affordable Restorations, LLC. The owner, Jim DeFrancisco, was an absolute pleasure to work with and took the time to fully educate me with all the reasons why my old roof had failed and how he would remedy my roofing issues. Jim is an excellent communicator who kept me well informed with all of the project details from start to finish.
