Colby and team were great to work with throughout the entire process. They provided clear expectations and spent extra time thoroughly explaining concepts behind their methods. They provided thorough updates on a weekly basis that came in very handy when we had issues with our insurance company. They were very professional every step of the way. I would definitely use them again and feel comfortable referring them to friends and family.

Exceptionally knowledgeable professionals with a service mindset. My office and storage building was flooded from a burst pipe last winter (2021/2022). Colby was quick to respond and evaluate my water issue. He knew where to probe for humidity and what I needed to keep an eye on. The damage wasn’t as big as I thought and there was plenty I could do to help myself. I appreciate the honesty as average contractors in this field won’t doubt to plug as many machines as they can and start billing you.

So glad I reached out to this company even though I was hesitant due to the lack of Yelp reviews. Colby has a wealth of knowledge about mold and is IICRC certified which is important if you want a safe remediation. I’ve done a lot of research due to my family having mold sensitivities.
