I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Edgeline Restoration. I called them to request a quote for servicing a home with a previous smoker. They were very honest about what could and could not be done and the scope of the work. The feedback they gave was so helpful about the process, limitations and guarantees. They are the first place I am calling in the future with any issues related to mold, smells, fire or anything related. Highly recommend.

Edgeline Restoration did a great job at my home in south Seattle. The gave me peace of mind through their investigation of possible mold issues with my home, found the issue and let me know how to get it fixed. During my siding replacement they were happy to be involved when we opened up my walls from the outside and confirmed there was no need for remediation. I’d absolutely recommend them!

We had a great experience working with Colby and his team for our water remediation and restoration. Great communication throughout the entire process. Shout out to Matt for doing a thorough remediation job and to Alan for the excellent carpentry work during the restoration. The final results look great, and we really appreciate the professionalism and care the whole team showed. Highly recommend!
